Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for blue collar workers in Indonesia for the period 2005-2021. Data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis with fixed effect model regression method. The result of estimation show that wage and investment had a positive and significant effect on the demand for blue collar workers in Indonesia. While education has a negative and significant effect on the demand for blue collar Workers in Indonesia.
