Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of minimum wages, investment and economic growth on employment opportunities in the manufacturing sector in 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2017- 2020 period. The type of data in this study is secondary data with the data source, namely BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) using quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the minimum wage and investment have a negative and partially insignificant effect and economic growth has a positive effect on employment opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
