Abstract

The purpose of this study are : 1) To analyze the influence of capital and labor against Pempek production in Palembang city in the pandemic Covid-19, 2) to analyze the level of productivity of capital and labor in Pempek’s business in Palembang city in the pandemic covid-19. This research was conducted in Palembang city in the pandemic Covid-19. The obsrevation in this study was held in Palembang city in May 2022. The location was deliberately chosen (purposive sampling). The sampling method used is the random sampling method. Total samples used in this study were as many as 30 Pempek business producer. Based on the calculation results from The F Test of the significance value is equal to 0,000 where it means Sig < 0,05. So that the assumption of H1 is accepted, that’s mean that capital and labor with simultaneously affect the productivity variables. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi Pempek di Kota Palembang pada masa pandemi covid 19, 2) Untuk menganalisis tingkat produktivitas modal dan tenaga kerja pada usaha Pempek di Kota Palembang pada masa pandemi covid 19. Observasi pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Palembang pada bulan Mei 2022. Lokasi dipilih secara sengaja (purposive samplingMetode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah metode random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 30 pelaku UMKM Pempek yang ada di Kota Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari uji F nilai signifikasi ialah sebesar 0,000 dimana artinya sig < 0,05. Sehingga asumsi H1 diterima, artinya modal dan tenaga kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel produktivitas.
