Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of organizational commitment, leadership style, integrity, and community participation on village fund management accountability in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan regency. The population in this study were 20 villages. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire. The sample used in this study consisted of 15 villages. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis technique using WarpPLS version 7.0. The results of this study showed that organizational commitment had a positive effect on village fund management accountability, leadership style had a positive effect on village fund management accountability, integrity had a positive effect on village fund management accountability, and community participation had a positive effect on village fund management accountability.
