Abstract

Kinerja bukan saja menyatakan soal hasil akhir tapi juga bagaimana proses kerja berlangsung, yang mana proses inilah yang akan menentukan pencapaian kerja seseorang. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah bagaimana proses dari kinerja guru bisa berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif, berupa ujaran dalam bentuk atau tulisan serta perilaku yang dapat diamati dari orang-orang itu sendiri. Secara umum para Guru SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan, Kecamatan Indralaya Selatan, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan mampu menciptakan ruang pembelajaran yang kondusif bagi siswa. Diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat menambah pengukuran sampel yang lebih luas dengan responden untuk semua guru mata pelajaran, dan juga menambah indikator tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sehingga dapat menjadikan penelitian lebih komprehensif
