Abstract
Employee performance is very important for an organization or institution. Good performance from employees can make the organization or institution run well so that the goals to be achieved can be achieved. There are many ways to improve the performance of an employee, one of which is the provision of appropriate training and compensation. This research is research conducted to find out whether the provision of training and non-financial compensation has an effect on the performance of Tenaga Kerja Sukarela (TKS) who devote themselves to BPKAD Ogan Ilir Regency. The sample in this study was a saturated sample / census that used the entire existing population (all TKS in BPKAD Ogan Ilir) totaling 36 people. This research is quantitative research in which the data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data obtained by regression was analyzed using multiple linear regressions using the help of a statistical data processing application, namely SPSS. The results showed that partially the training variable had a positive influence on the TKS performance variable with a percentage of 65.6%. Then the non-financial compensation variable partially also has a positive influence on the TKS performance variable with a percentage of 62.3%. The results also found that the training variable and non-financial compensation variable simultaneously had a positive effect on the TKS performance variable with a percentage of 78.9%.
