Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and contribution of parking fees to local revenue in Muara Enim Regency in 2020-2021. The type of research used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation related to the results of collecting parking fees in Muara Enim Regency. The activity of analyzing the collection and contribution of parking fees is carried out using the calculation of the effectiveness and contribution ratio by evaluating the collection of parking fees. The results of the analysis show that the development of effectiveness in the very effective category for public roadside parking fees and effective classification for special parking fees while the contribution to local revenue is still very poor, both public roadside parking fees and special places which are influenced by several factors.
