Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the influence of working capital turnover, receivable turnover and fix assets turnover to profitability on banking sector registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period of 2012-2016. The population of this research consist of 43 companies with 27 companies as the sample of research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The variables used activity ratio which were proxied by working capital turnover, receivable turnover, fixed assets turnover and profitability which were proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM),Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The method of analysis used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The result of this research proved that working capital turnover influence to Net Profit Margin (NPM). Receivable turnover and fixed assets turnover did not influence to Net Profit Margin (NPM). Net Profit Margin (NPM) influence to Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Recommendations for further research using other variables that was not mentioned in this research, and the latest period of research in order to reflect the state of the company.
