Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and procrastination on employee performance at PT Aldemal Utama. The population of this research is the total number of field employees of PT Aldemal Utama, amount to 33 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and insignificant effect between self-efficacy and procrastination on performance. Keyword: self-efficacy, procrastina, performance
