Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Perbankan di Indonesia. Variabel dependen yang dugunakan adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. sedangkan variabel independen yaitu intellectual capital, ukuran perusahaan dan corporate governance yang terdiri dari kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit dan dewan komisaris. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek penelitian pada 43 perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2020. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang diperoleh dari website www.idx.co.id dan masing-masing website dari sampel perusahaan. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi data panel dan hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa keseluruhan variabel penelitian memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan tingkat probabilitas lebih kecil dari taraf nyara 5% (P < 0,05). Varibel paling dominan kepemilikan manajerial (KMPJ) sedangkan untuk penilaian perusahaan perbankan terbesar PT. Bank Of India Indonesia Tbk (BSWD) adalah Bank dengan penilaian perusahaan terbesar dengan intersep 4291037, sedangkan PT. Bank Sinar Mas. Tbk (BSIM) adalah bank dengan penilaian perusahaan terkecil dengan intersep 4074072
