Abstract

Bantuan Langsung Tunai – Dana Desa (BLT-DD) adalah sebuah program bantuan dari pemerintah yang diberikan kepada masyarakat untuk menyambung perekonomian sejak terjadinya pandemi COVID-19. Proses pemilhan BLT-DD menggunakan beberapa kriteria yaitu jumlah tanggungan, mata pencaharian, bantuan yang diterima, tingkat penyakit menahun / kronis yang diderita anggota keluarga, dan jumlah penghasilan. Dalam pelaksanaan BLT-DD, masih sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data calon penerima BLT-DD. Kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data menyebabkan kekeliruan sering terjadi dalam pemilihan penerima BLT-DD dan waktu untuk melakukan pemilihan penerima BLT-DD menjadi memakan waktu yang lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu proses pemilihan penerima BLT-DD menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi berupa perankingan warga yang berhak menerima BLT-DD. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa hasil perangkingan yang digunakan sebagai rekomendasi untuk pemilihan calon penerima BLT-DD.
