Abstract

The website of the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of Sriwijaya has not yet fully achieved the purpose of the existence of a website, namely to provide easy access to information, support efficiency and effectiveness in the service of academic activities at the Faculty. Evaluation of website quality has not been carried out optimally and the level of satisfaction of website visitors is not yet known. This study aims to measure the quality of the website and provide recommendations for improving the website of the faculty of computer science through the level of user satisfaction. The research method used is a user satisfaction model which consists of four variables, namely: ease of use, customization of information, speed of access (download delay), and content. And the path analysis method to determine the effect between variables on user satisfaction. The results of data analysis and processing as a whole show that the variables of easy of use, customization, download delay, and content affect user satisfaction.
