Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan lansia terhadap program pondok pesantren bagi lansia di Kelurahan Talang Jambe yang dilakukan di RT 014 RW 004 Kelurahan Talang Jambe Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengumpulan sampling yaitu menggunakan teknik total sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu metode angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan lansia terhadap program pondok pesantren apabila dilihat dari lima aspek meliputi aspek pendidikan keterampilan terkategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 130.5, aspek fisik (jasmani) terkategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 134.2, aspek religi (rohani) terkategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 143.7, aspek sosial emosional terkategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 124.3 dan aspek manfaat lembaga pesantren terkategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 133.5. Dari kelima aspek tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan lansia terhadap program pondok pesantren sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 136. Kata-Kata Kunci Pesantren lansia, pendidikan nonformal.
