The respondents of this study were 119 people of productive age in Palembang City. The tools used in the study were questionnaires with statistical analysis of chi square tests and multivariate analysis using logistic regression tests. Results: Age characteristics 30 - 60 have good behavior 44,4% with a p-value of 0,637, male sex has good behavior 44,4% with a p-value of 0,716, education ≤ high school has good behavior 48,1% with a p-value of 0,135, private jobs have good behavior 74,7% with a p-value of 0,396 and length of working hours ≤ 8 hours have good behavior 56,9% with a p-value of 0,807 results all characteristics have a greater p-value than alpha (0,05). Knowledge of behavior has good knowledge of 76,9% with a p-value of 0,112 greater than alpha (0,05). Attitudes regarding behavior have a positive attitude of 53,2% with a p-value of 0,004 less than alpha (0,05) which means it has a significant relationship with behavior. Conclusion: The results of statistical tests show that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and behaviors to prevent COVID-19 in people of productive age. It is necessary to increase preventive behavior in people of productive age in an effort to reduce cases of the spread of COVID-19.
