Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul ”Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran PT. Oasis Waters International dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Produk Di Masa Pandemi Covid- 19”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada PT. Oasis Waters International Sukomoro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti melakukan wawancara semi terstruktur pada 3 informan dari PT. Oasis Waters International Sukomoro yakni Brand Manager, Admin Marketing, dan HRD/Humas serta informan masyarakat pelanggan dari Oasis Waters. Setelah itu hasil wawancara dan observasi dokumentasi dibahas dan dianalisis dengan struktur sesuai dengan hasil wawancara yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi pemasaran PT. Oasis Waters International Sukomoro dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk di masa pandemi Covid-19 telah sesuai dengan konsep bauran pemasaran 7P dari Philip Kotler dan Kevin Lane Keller dengan memperhatikan dan mengstrategikan product (produk), price (harga), place (tempat), promotion (promosi), physical evidence (tampilan fisik), people (orang), dan process (proses) untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka dalam mengatasi pemasaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 serta dapat menambah pelanggan dan konsumen dan berdampak pada peningkatan penjualan produk.
