Abstract

Background: infertility is not happening pregnancy after married in 12 months or more and the couple having sex continuity without contraception. Infertility can cause a couple has a difficulty to having child. There are many things can cause infertility such as a husband, wife problem and unknow problem. From wife problem like endometriosis. Endometriosis is endometrium tissue which found outside uteri chamber and myometrium. from the reference can be could that endometriosis can cause infertility. That why the observer do the observation to know incidence rate of infertility in patient with endometriosis. Metode: This observation using viiescriptive method with survey design in medical record Result: incidence rate of infertility in patient with endometriosis is 42,3% Conclusion: Incidence rate of infertility in patient with endometriosis is 42,3%. Based on age, most of endometriosis patient complaint about the symptom in 43-46 years old. If we look from menstruation, the are 19,2% of endometriosis patient having problem menstruation and look at at ovarium. Endometriosis patient who has infertility 23,1 % look at at uterus.
