Abstract

Keratosis seboroik merupakan tumor jinak pada epidermis kulit, lebih sering diderita pada individu usia tua, ditandai dengan lesi berupa makula, papul, maupun plak, biasanya berwarna coklat muda dengan diameter kisaran 1 centimeter. Belum banyak penelitian tentang keratosis seboroik dan belum pernah dilakukannya penelitian mengenai keratosis seboroik di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prevalensi penderita keratosis seboroik di RSUP Dr. Moh. Hoesin Palembang periode 1 Januari 2008 sampai 30 September 2012. Penelitian deskriptif dengan studi prevalensi dari data sekunder ini, dilakukan di Instalasi Rekam Medik dan di Poliklinik IKKK RSUP Dr. Moh. Hoesin Palembang, dengan cara melihat data rekam medik pasien keratosis seboroik yang tercatat pada rekam medik pada tanggal 1 Januari 2008 hingga 30 September 2012. Prevalensi keratosis seboroik periode 1 Januari 2008 sampai 30 September 2012 sebesar 0,53% dengan jumlah kasus sebanyak 198 kasus. Kejadian keratosis seboroik tertinggi teijadi pada kelompok usia lebih dari 60 tahun dan terendah pada kelompok usia 5 sampai 9 tahun. Perbandingan antara laki-laki sebanyak 83 orang (41,92%), dengan perempuan 115 orang (58,08%). Lokasi lesi tersering adalah wajah sebanyak 119 (58,05%), sedangkan lesi pada leher sebanyak 60 (29,27%), dan lesi pada ekstremitas ada 26 (12,68%). Keratosis seboroik paling sering teijadi pada usia lebih dari 60 tahun. Perempuan lebih sering daripada laki-laki. Wajah merupakan lokasi lesi terbanyak pada pasien ini.
