Abstract

Keluhan Low Back Pain di tempat kerja merupakan suatu gangguan pada punggung bawah berupa rasa nyeri yang dirasakan olehpekerja dengan intensitas nyeri berbeda dari nyeri sedang hingga nyeri berat. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Intervensi Ergonomi berupa Workplace Streching Exercise dan perbaikan Posisi Kerja terhadap penurunan LBP pada petani penyadap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dengan Control Group Time Series Design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 responden, dengan 17 kelompok kontrol dan 17 kelompok intervensi yang berada di Desa Sukaraja. Kecamatan Pangkalan Lampam, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Univariat dan analisis Bivariat dengan uji statistik Paired Sample T-test dan uji Independent sample T- test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kedua kelompok terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata- rata penurunan keluhan Low Back Pain pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi pada petani penyadap karet. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk metode Intervensi Ergonomi yang telah diterapkan terbukti dapat mengurangi tingkat keluhan Low Back Pain pada petani penyadap karet.
