Abstract
Vaccination is intended so that individuals have an immune system against a virus and when exposed it does not cause severe symptoms. The importance of patient satisfaction has a broad and positive impact on the public service itself in order to be able to understand patient expectations in prioritizing service quality. Such as the Covid-19 vaccination service at the Puskesmas during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the Covid-19 vaccination service at the Padang Selasa Health Center Palembang by using the variable element of the Community Satisfaction Index according to PERMENPAN RI No. 14 of 2017. This study used a crosssectional study approach with quantitative methods. The sample of this study was 64 people who participated in the Covid-19 vaccination at the Padang Health Center Selasa. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique was carried out by using univariate and bivariate tests using a Chi-Square table. The results of the statistical test of the relationship between the eight elements of the community satisfaction index variable obtained that the related variables were requirements (P-Value = <0.0001), completion time (P-Value = 0.001), product specification type of service (P-Value = <0, 0001), implementing competence (P-Value = <0.0001), implementing behavior (P-Value = 0.006), handling complaints, suggestions and input (P-Value = 0.001) and infrastructure (P-Value = 0.003). Only system elements, mechanisms and procedures are not related to the results (P-value = 0.191 > 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between procedures and the satisfaction level of participants in the Covid-19 vaccination service at the Padang Selasa Health Center Palembang. The results of the study are expected to be used as evaluation material for the Puskesmas to further improve the quality of Covid-19 vaccination services.
