Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of physical capital and human resources development on inclusive economic growth in south Sumatra region. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from Ministry of Finance and Central Statistic agency from 2011-2020. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression. Based on Chow test and Hausman test, the Fixed Effect Model is the best model chosen to analyze the effect of physical capital and human resources development on inclusive economic growth. The result of the study indicated that the Average Length of school variable has a significant positive effect on Inclusive Economic Growth. While there was no significant effect of Participation Rate of the Labor Force, Government Spending on Education and Health, Foreign Direct Investment and Domestic Direct Investment on inclusive economic growth in South Sumatra Region.
