Abstract

Keratosis Seboroik adalah tumorjinak kulit yang sering muncul pada pertengahan usia dan dapat juga pada lanjut usia dengan banyak variasi sedangkan penyebab pasti dari keratosis seboroik belum diketahui. Mengetahui prevalensi keratosis seboroik, distribusi frekuensi berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi (usia, jenis kelamin, dan lokasi lesi). Data prevalensi dan distribusi frekuensi keratosis seboroik diambil berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan lokasi lesi di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin Rumah Sakit Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian obsevasional deskriptif. Sampel penelitian beijumlah 63 pasien dari 6529 pasien. Data diambil dari pasien rawat jalan di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSMH Palembang sejak Januari 2011 sampai Desember 2011. Sampel yang diambil dengan metode konsekutif. Dari 6529 pasien yang didapatkan sebanyak 63 pasien (0,96%) menderita keratosis seboroik. Usia pasien keratosis seboroik tertinggi ditemukan pada rentang usia 40-60 tahun yaitu sebanyak 28 pasien (44,6%), laki-laki lebih sering menderita keratosis seboroik yaitu sebanyak 33 pasien (52%) sedangkan perempuan hanya 30 pasien (48%), lokasi lesi keratosis seboroik tersering terjadi pada kepala yaitu sebanyak 15,8%. Didapatkan prevalensi keratosis seboroik sebanyak 0,96%, usia terbanyak pada rentang usia 40-60 tahun, laki-laki lebih sering menderita keratosis seboroik, lokasi lesi keratosis seboroik tersering pada kepala.
