Abstract

This study aims to see the tutor's efforts in using the learning method in Paket C PKBM Bakti Nusa District Lais Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the method often used in packet C Bakti Nusa is a method of lecturing and discussion methods. The tutor's effors in using the method that is in doing the preparation before using the tutor learning method should see the factors that influence the selection of learning method and the tutor perform the planning of the learning method before carrying out in the learning process. At the time of the execution of the tutor trying to implement the learning method with a good so that the learners easily understand the learning materials by way of tutors trying to establish interaction in learning with citizens learn to be actively involved in the learning process. At the stage of evaluation efforts after completing the learning method in the classro om the tutor performs the assignment with material that has been with the material that has been taught to the studying citizens. It is suggested to tutors to develop themselves in using the method of learning so that the existing learning methods in the package PKBM Bakti Nusa more varied.
