Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Grant Expenditure, and Goods and Services Expenditure on the Economic Growth of the provinces in Sumatra. This study uses secondary data in the period 2014-2020 were analysis technique using panel data (Pooled Data) with Fixed Effect Model. The results of this study indicate that the variable number of mandatory General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Goods and Services Expenditures has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth, while the Grant Expenditure variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Economic Growth. The results of the coefficient of determination show that 97% of the independent variable's ability to explain the dependent variable, while 3% is explained by other variables not included in the study.
