Abstract

Preeklampsia merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu dan bayi.Faktor-faktor risiko ditemukan yang mempunyai hubungan dengan kejadian preeclampsia di RSMH Palembang adalah usia ekstrim dan riwayat preeklampsia pada kehamilan sebelumnya.Oleh sebab itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi ibu yang preeclampsia dengan dua variable tersebut.Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif.Data diambil dari seluruh rekam medik pasien yang didiagnosis preeklampsia di bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi di RSMH Palembang periode 1 Januari 2011 - 31 Desember 2011. Frekuensi usia pasien dan riwayat preeclampsia pada kehamilan sebelumnya dihitung. Dalam periode tersebut, terdapat 184 kasus preeklampsia di RSMH Palembang. Didapati dari 184 orang ibu yang bersalin dengan preeklampsia sebanyak 64 orang yang berusia risiko terdiri dari 15 orang ( 8.2%) dibawah 20 tahun dan 49 orang ( 26.6%) di atas 35 tahun.Sebanyak 120 orang ( 65.2%) ibu bersalin dengan preeklampsia berusia antara 20 hingga 35 tahun. Penelitian mendapatkan dalam kasus preeklampsia terdapat 19 orang (10.3%) kasus preeklampsia berulang. yang
