Abstract

RAMA_54244_05053110021_0014075910_0028118303_01_front_ref Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika pH, Kapasitas Tukar Kation dan Kalium tersedia kompos kiambang dan kumpai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Indralaya Ogan Ilir dan pengujian dilakukan di Laboratorium Kesuburan Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RaL) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor yaitu jenis bahan serta faktor penambahan EM4 kompos, dan setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pH kompos meningkat pada awal proses pengomposan, diikuti oleh penurunan pH pada minggu kedua sampai minggu ketiga pengomposan dan mendekati pH 7 pada akhir pengomposan. Secara rata-rata nilai KTK dan K kompos kiambang lebih tinggi dari kompos kumpai.
