Abstract

Pabrik 1,3-Butadiena direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Anyar, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 4,9 Ha dengan kapasitas 60.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan 1,3-Butadienadilakukan dengan mereaksikan butena dan oksigen secara adiabatis yang berlangsung di Reaktor (R-100) pada temperatur 365oC dan tekanan 0,6 atm dengan reaksi sebagai berikut: 2 C4H8 + O2 → 2 C4H6 + 2 H2O n-Butena Oksigen Butadiena Air Setelah melalui tahap purifikasi, dilakukan tahap pemisahan untuk memisahkan butadiena dan air, sehingga diperoleh butadiena dalam bentuk liquid dengan kemurnian 99,60%. Pabrik 1,3-Butadienadidirikan sebagai perusahaan dalam bentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh dewan komisaris dengan jumlah karyawan 112 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi dari pra rencana Pabrik Pembuatan 1,3-Butadienaini adalah sebagai berikut: Investasi = US $ 50,776,926.10 Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 884,886,847.88 Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 851,991,264.22 Laba bersih per tahun = US $ 28,998,136.48 Pay Out time = 2,2725 tahun = 2,5 tahun Rate of return on investment = 49,1089% Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 56,7800% Break Even Point = 24,4574% Service Life = 11 tahun
