Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rekrutmen on the performance of employees of PT. Raga Imaau Bersaudara Palembang. The population in this study were 30 respondents, all employees of PT. Raga Imau Bersaudara Palembang. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique (census) with questionnaires distributed to all employees of PT. Raga Imau Bersaudara Palembang and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between rekrutmen on employee performance.
