Abstract

This final project is prepared for the purpose of providing facilities that can facilitate the performance of employees in carrying out daily activities at the Palembang State Administrative Court. Based on data obtained from the Palembang State Administrative Court through interviews, the filing of incoming and outgoing letters is done manually and mixed into one and in the form of sheets of paper which makes it difficult for employees to find the letters needed in the future. Based on the results of the analysis, the Palembang State Administrative Court can use the web of archiving incoming and outgoing mail which can optimize the collection of incoming and outgoing mail to be archived so that it becomes more organized and systematic, and can be searched in a shorter time.
