Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi kerja dan loyalitas kerja terhadap promosi jabatan karyawan di Yayasan Wimel Litoga Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Dona Palembang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang ada di Yayasan Wimel Litoga Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Dona Palembang yang berjumlah 42 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang didapatkan dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa prestasi kerja dan loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap promosi jabatan karyawan di Yayasan Wimel Litoga Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Dona Palembang.
