Abstract

This research purpose is to determine and analyze how the influence of employees job satisfaction on the performance of the PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kayu Agung. This research was a decsriptive quantitative by using guestionnares as research instrument. As a census of respondents were 83 employees . The method used to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on performance was a simple linear regression. The results, found that job satisfaction has positif and significant effect on employees performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kayu Agung. In order to improve the job satisfaction and the job performance of the employees in PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kayu Agung, the leader should increase supervision on their job satisfaction and performance, the leader should communicate with employees and also need a firm and strict punishment to prevent occurence of irregularities.
