Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Divisi Laboratorium Produksi. Sampel yang diambil yaitu dari seluruh jumlah populasi sebanyak 72 orang karyawan untuk dijadikan responden. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja secara bersama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
