Abstract
The role of employees is very important for any company. As the times progress more rapidly, employees always improve performance and can find new innovations in order to compete with other fellow employees. This can be used as a consideration in determining the awarding of rewards to outstanding company employees. To achieve this, namely by applying rewards to exemplary employees. Reward is a form of corporate gratitude for the dedication given by employees, which has good quality work for the company, which aims to increase motivation and is expected to foster new innovations to achieve achievements in accordance with the company's vision and mission. It is difficult to determine which employees have the highest achievement in the period that has been determined, then a system is needed that can determine decisions and can help leaders evaluate employees and with this system will be able to improve service and performance better for Lord Cafe & Resto Palembang. With the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Prcess (F - AHP) method, the development of this system is considered capable of assisting in making a decision to award rewards to employees who excel and also see the criteria and standards in evaluating outstanding employees.
