Abstract

Praktek Pribadi drg. Hema Awalia, M.P.H. is the practice of pribadi in the field of dental health that has a system to recap data but patients do not have a question and answer system and also can not tell the patient estimate service. To solve the problem then made Implementation of Customer Relationship Management Concept with Framework of Dynamic Method for Registration in Practice Pribadi drg. Hema Awalia, M.P.H. The Purpose of this study is to registration process, consultation forum or question and answer as well as notice of retreatment schedule through sms. The application is built based on waterfall system development method and using PHP and MySQL as database. By using CRM it is expected to assist in the registration process, consultation, schedule notification of treatment in practice pribadi drg. Hema Awalia, M.P.H .
