Abstract
Technology has experienced a lot of rapid development. This is proven by the rise of new innovations that affect people's lifestyles and views. Likewise, in terms of agriculture, technological advances in the realm of farming are progressing, namely automatic crop watering based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Automatic plant watering can make it easier for farmers in terms of maintaining soil moisture and water needs in plants. This study discusses the implementation of monitoring plant watering using cameras and IoT, as well as how to make automatic watering tools that can be accessed remotely. The test results from the implementation of plant watering monitoring using cameras and IoT show that the system is able to monitor plants using cameras and carry out automatic plant watering using the Internet of Things (IoT).
