Abstract

The title of this research is "Local Government Financial Performance at the Bekasi City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in 2017-2020". A tool to measure the financial performance of local governments using financial ratios and Time Series visualization. The financial ratios used include the efficiency ratio, the independence ratio, the degree of decentralization ratio, the PAD effectiveness ratio, and the regional dependency ratio. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. Primary data in the form of Realization Report of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the 2017-2020 Fiscal Year obtained from the Bekasi City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The results of this study indicate that the level of efficiency in the city of Bekasi has increased from inefficient to efficient, but in terms of the level of independence, the city of Bekasi shows a pattern of participatory relationships or is almost completely independent. The degree of decentralization of Bekasi City shows in the good category, but in terms of the level of effectiveness of PAD, Bekasi City has experienced ineffective from year to year. The ratio of regional dependence to the center of Bekasi City shows very high from year to year. Keywords: Financial performance. Local Government, Financial Ratios
