Abstract
This study aims to develop learning media and determine the validity and practicality of animated video learning media based on the Powtoon application on Indonesian cultural richness material in class IV SDN 190 Palembang. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model namely Analysis (Analyze), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). The results of the validation of learning media obtained from the validator of design experts and material experts obtained an assessment of the final results with a score percentage of 80% in the "Very Valid" category. And for the practicality of the learning media assessment of the final results obtained with a percentage of 90.84% in the "Very Practical" category. This shows that the animated video learning media based on the Powtoon application on Indonesian cultural richness material in Grade IV SD is feasible and practical to use in learning activities in elementary schools.
