Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the target bank of the PTC Palembang Babylon Cash Cash that has not been fulfilled and there is a comparison of the target of Ptc Cash Bank South Sumatra, A.Rivai cash, and Atmo cash. The formulation of the problem in the study is whether there is an influence of the leadership communication style on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Branch Office Cash Pt Bank Babylon and how much influence the leadership communication style has on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Branch Office Ptc Cash Office Palembang. The theory used in this study is the theory of leadership communication style according to Djuarsa Sendjaja and employee performance theory according to Robert and John. This research uses quantitative methods. Data obtained from primary data is through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data through several documents, evidence, literature, archives, and reports on the work of the South Sumatra Babel Kas PTC Palembang bank. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques and explanatory analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results showed that the influence of the leadership communication style showed a significant effect on the variable employee performance of 0.290 or 29%. The hypothesis is accepted because hypothesis testing shows the value of t count is greater than t table at a significant level of 5% with a ratio of 4,910> 2,048 meaning that there is an influence of the leadership communication style on the performance of employees at the Sumsel Babel Kas PTC Palembang.
