Abstract

The Government of Indonesian Republic is currently focusing on increasing national economic growth through a development infrastructure equity program. In supporting the smooth running of infrastructure development activities, it must be followed by awareness by the application of OSH for workers and construction services, so that accidents and work-related illnesses do not occur. The level of awareness of the implementation of the K3 program is important to increase amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Several things were implemented during the Pandemic at PT. Hutama Karya, Such as the application of health insurance, work time violations and Work From Home. This study aims to determine the level of implementation of the K3 program during a pandemic at PT. Hutama Karya and analyzed the factors that were used to evaluate the OSH program during the pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive method with quantitative analysis, primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. There were 30 respondents and the data from filling out the questionnaire was then processed using the SPSS series 25 application. The results showed that the implementation of the K3 Program during the pandemic as a whole was 82.63%, where the assessment was fulfilled, with the implementation in accordance with the Covid-19 Health Protocol.
