Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pestisida Paraquat Noxone 297AS Terhadap Kelangsungan Hidup, Pertumbuhan, Dan Histologi Hati Benih Ikan Mas (Cyprinus carpio). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Bersama Program Studi Budidaya Perairan UNSRI Indralaya pada 31 Mei sampai dengan 29 Juni 2007. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati selama penelitian yaitu kelangsungan hidup, pertumbuhan berat, pertumbuhan panjang dan histology hati benih ikan mas. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pestisida paraquat noxone 297AS berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan benih ikan mas. Semakin tinggi dosis pemberian pestisida paraquat noxone 297AS, maka mortalitas benih ikan mas lebih cepat dan lebih tinggi, serta kerusakan yang tejadi pada hati semakin parah.
