Abstract

The process of ordering by customers at Arazka Stores is still done simply by coming directly to the store, which requires extra time and effort for customers to view and select a list of products sold. The results of the research are in the form of an application that has been built to make it easier for customers to place orders and assist management in managing ordering transactions more easily. The test results using the black box method show that the application is in accordance with what was designed and in accordance with user needs.
