Abstract

his study aims to determine the effectiveness of the disbursement of SPJ funds at Badan Pendapatan Daerah of South Sumatra Province in 2019. The theory used is the Effectiveness Theory from Richard M. Steers and the effectiveness measurement is associated with UU no. 33 of 2004 concerning Regional Financial Balance. With 3 dimensions, namely input. process, and output. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with interview and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis and reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study show that of the three dimensions in this study, there is one dimension that can be said to be quite effective, namely input and two other dimensions that cannot be said to be effective, namely process and output. So it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the disbursement of SPJ funds at Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) of South Sumatra Province in 2019 can be said to have not been effective because processes and outputs that have not been maximized according to the results of research and direct interviews with informants who done by the author.
