Abstract

This research was meant to tell you there wasn't a "zig zag rum" test run Badgers increase the production of drible balls in football games at 15 years of age At the farmel hatta club. The methods of research used are research and experimentation using tubing of pretest, and posttest. The research instrument used is a dribbling test. The objective of this research is a forgetful zig zag run run run that was given six weeks at a frequency three times a week in this study was 15 children at the farmel hatta club with as many as 30 people Also given dribble balls, the result is known to have a high score of 6.20 And a 4.51 gpa with a 5.50 average. So that it's done on pretest and gives posttest treatment.
