Abstract

This study aims to determine 'how the assement of corporate performance through the Balanced Scorecard approach. Whose main pwpose is to brow the various perspectives that are measured using the Balanced Scorecard method and its application to the PT. Insurance ABDA Tblc. Palembang Branch. The data used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive data by collecting, compiling, recording, and classifying, and analyzing data obtained from the company. With the performance evaluation using the Balanced Scorecard authors concluded that any assessment of the performance can affect the future development of the company, ranging from the smallest things are wont to do day-to-day by the company until the great things done by the management and directors of the company.
