Abstract

Fluor albus (vaginal discharge, fluor albus) adalah keluarnya sekret atau cairan dari vagina. Sekret tersebut dapat bervariasi dalama konsistensi, warna dan bau. Fluor albus dapat merupakan suatu keadaan yang fisiologis atau patologis. Sekitar 75% wanita indonesia pasti mengalami fluor albus minimal 1 kali dalam hidupnya. memperoleh gambaran dan informasi sebenarnya mengenai hubungan perilaku dan upaya pencegahan pada remaja putri terhadap fluor albus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriftif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sekolah yang diteliti adalah SMP dan SMU Adabiyah Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada tanggal 11 januari 2010. Poplulasi penelitian adalah siswi SMP dan SMU yang beijumlah 131 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner. menunjukkan adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi fluor albus yaitu pengetahuan responden dan tindakan upaya pencegahan yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sumber informasi dan sikap responden tidak terlalu mempengaruhi fluor albus. Pengetahuan responden dan tindakan upaya pencegahan yang lebih menentukan adanya kejadian fluor albus. Kata kunci Pencegahan. : Fluor Albus. Remaja,, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Tindakan Upaya
