Abstract

Ablasio retina adalah terlepasnya neuroretina dari lapisan epitel retinal berpigmen yang menyuplai. Gangguan fungsi penglihatan yang permanen dapat terjadi jika ablasio retina tidak segera ditatalaksana. Berdasarkan penyebab yang mendasarinya, ablasio retina diklasifikasikan menjadi regmatogenosa dan non- regmatogenosa. Kasus ablasio retina regmatogenosa lebih sering ditemukan dibandingkan ablasio retina non-regmatogenosa. Ablasio retina regmatogenosa sering dikaitkan dengan beberapa riwayat penyakit yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara riwayat penyakit dan ablasio retina regmatogenosa pada pasien di Departemen Mata RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan studi potong lintang. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh pasien ablasio retina sebanyak 267 dan sebanyak 155 digunakan sebagai sampel dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Data diobservasi dari rekam medik pasien di Instalasi Rekam Medik RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode 1 Januari 2015 - 31 Agustus 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa riwayat operasi katarak sebelumnya (/>=0,038; PR=1,309), miopia derajat berat (/>=0,014; PR=1,400), serta riwayat trauma (/>=0,036; PR=1,350) memiliki hasil yang signifikan (/><0,05). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara riwayat operasi katarak sebelumnya, miopia derajat berat, serta riwayat trauma dengan ablasio retina regmatogenosa.
