Abstract
THIS STUDY AIMS TO DETERMINE THE EFFECT OF AFTER SALES SERVICE ON ASUS LAPTOP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN PALEMBANG CITY. THIS RESEARCH IS A QUANTITATIVE STUDY USING PRIMARY DATA THROUGH QUESTIONNAIRES COLLECTED FROM 100 RESPONDENTS. RESPONDENTS ARE PALEMBANG CITY RESIDENTS WHO USE OR BUY ASUS LAPTOPS THROUGH THE PURPOSIVE SAMPLING METHOD. THE ANALYTICAL METHOD USED IS MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION. THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THIS STUDY INDICATE THAT GUARANTEES, PROVISION OF ACCESSORIES OR SPARE PARTS, FOLLOW-UP MAINTENANCE/CONSULTING SERVICES (PERIODIC), VARIABLE REPAIR SERVICES FOR FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT SIMULTANEOUSLY HAVE A SIGNIFICANT INFLUENCE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FOR ASUS LAPTOPS IN PALEMBANG CITY. PARTIALLY, ONLY THE WARRANTY AND THE VARIABLE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT AS WELL AS BEING THE MOST DOMINANT VARIABLE ON ASUS LAPTOP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN PALEMBANG CITY.
