Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan efikasi diri terhadap stres menghadapi mutasi pada karyawan PT. Hindoli. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan efikasi diri terhadap stres menghadapi mutasi pada karyawan PT. Hindoli. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Hindoli yang akan menghadapi mutasi, telah bekerja di PT. Hindoli selama minimal tiga tahun, berkeluarga, dan bekerja di kantor PT. Hindoli. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala stres, dukungan keluarga, dan efikasi diri. Hasil penelitian ini diuji dengan regresi sederhana untuk hipotesis satu dan dua, dan regresi ganda untuk hipotesis tiga. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan ada hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan stres dengan nilai R = -0,308 dengan signifikansi 0,000, terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan stres dengan nilai R = -0,469 dengan signifikansi 0,000, serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan efikasi diri dengan stres menghadapi mutasi pada Karyawan PT. Hindoli dengan R = 0,549 dengan signifikansi 0,000, kontribusi atau sumbangan secara simultan variabel dukungan keluarga dan efikasi diri terhadap stres adalah 30,1%.
