Abstract

The research’s purpose is to examine the effect of income level financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions of gold savings customers of PT. Pegadaian Area Palembang. This research used the effect of income level, financial literacy and financial behavior as a independent variables, and used the investment decision of gold savings customers of PT.Pegadaian as a dependent variable. These research populations were active customers from PT.Pegadaian branch offices in the Palembang city area with a total sample of 90 respondents obtained used the slovin formula. The data collection technic in this research used the likert scale measurement. This research analyzed the data using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) apps. The research result showed that income level, financial literacy and financial behavior are significant effect the investment decision of gold savings customers at PT.Pegadaian Area Palembang.
