Abstract

This research was made to develop an educational game in the form of a snake and ladder game which was carried out for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 21 Talang Kelapa. By developing the Oramawan snakes and ladders game, it aims to describe the characteristics of the snakes and ladders game tools used by students and to test the product validity of the development of the Oramawan snakes and ladders game tool. The type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 3D model namely Define, Design, and Development. In addition, this study uses two validations, namely material and design. Based on the results of expert and practitioner validation of design and material assessments. This oramawan snake and ladder educational game tool gets a valid and proper category. Acquisition of validation assessment by expert I get a percentage of 95.5%, by expert II 98.5%, and 95.5% by practitioners. Keywords: Development, Game, Educational, Snakes and Ladders
