Abstract

Buah mengkudu sebagai tindakan pencegahan infeksi bakteri A. hydrophylla yang menyerang ikan mas (C. carpio). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April - Mei 2009 di Laboratorium Budidaya Perairan Program Studi Budidaya Perairan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya, Indralaya. pelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan perlakuan dan 2 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati selama penelitian yaitu sintasan kan mas, skoring gejala klinis, dan kualitas air. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata persentase sintasan ikan mas mencapai 50 % pada perlakuan D4 (pelet dengan campuran sari buah mengkudu dosis 75 g/kg pelet, ikan diinfeksi bakteri A. hydrophylla) dengan jumlah ikan yang normal sebanyak satu ekor, dua ekor mengalami radang, dua ekor mengalami borok dan lima ekor mati
